Illustration Friday - Surprise
Hi everyone,
For this week’s Illustration Friday topic, “Surprise”, I knew I didn’t want to show the exact moment when someone was taken aback. Rather, I wanted to illustrate either the anticipation of a surprise or maybe the result of a surprise.
Since this is a time of year when many people get engaged, I thought of a man about to surprise someone with a proposal.

Excellent job! You did a really good job of illustrating what he's done to get there and how he feels! so does she say yes?
This is great! (I always wondered what kind of job "Two Months' Salary" entailed. Of course, I guess it depends on the size of the diamond.) I like the narrative, colors, typography, and, of course, the style. Excellent!

I just don't get how you do that in Illustrator. Another brilliant piece.
